About Me

Hello there! My name is Sally Lapham and I am a self taught animal and pet portrait artist. I come from the small town of Warminster in Wiltshire, UK, where I live with my daughter and our very energetic springer spaniel!

Being creative has always come very naturally to me right from a very young age. Entering lockdown in 2020 gave me space and time away from my full time job as a beauty therapist, which I did for the past 20 years. Being able to have time to draw again without any limits brought me back the passion to pursue my art and reignited my dream to make it a full time job!

Using a high quality grade of color pencils and  fine art paper I pride myself on capturing each client’s pet to its truest self and bring to life as much of their unique personality as I can! I believe that people should be able to feel the same amount of emotion from my work as they would seeing their pets in person.
